You do not put oil on that up and down shaft , it takes a light coat of grease . I think I’ve mentioned it at least three times .

That oil you put on the shaft after you took the spool off , the one that goes up and down when you crank the reel by the handle does not get oil it gets a light coat of grease , there’s grease in the gear case , so when it goes up and down it comes in contact with the grease .

How about the drag washer? Upgrade or downgrade?

Shimano selling just the handle in case i wanna change to regular handle.
